These include mixed-use, residential subdivisions (including planned communities), apartments, condominiums, retail centers, office and other development projects.

Our attorneys’ representative matters include some of the more unique and high-profile projects in North Carolina and South Carolina.
We advise clients on a range of state, federal and local laws, regulations and guidelines relative to project structuring and/or termination (including planned communities and condominiums), financing (including FNMA and FHA), and consumer disclosures (including ILSA and condominium sales disclosures). We also represent our clients in connection with negotiating and documenting loan restructuring, workouts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and loan sales.
