Commerical Real Estate Attorney
One to four years commercial real estate experience, including title review and contract preparation and negotiation. This associate would represent commercial clients including developers and builders. Strong drafting skills required. North or South Carolina bar required. Both a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.

- NC or SC Bar (both, a plus)
- Legal Drafting: 1 Year minimum (Preferred)

Commerical Real Estate Paralegal
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate closings with knowledge of entire closing process. Candidates should also have experience ordering and reviewing title and survey and preparing closing documents and settlement statements. Proficiency in SoftPro, ProTrust and RynohLive a plus. Benefits package available. Salary commensurate with experience.
