Commerical Real Estate Attorney
One to four years commercial real estate experience, including title review and contract preparation and negotiation. This associate would represent commercial clients including developers and builders. Strong drafting skills required. North or South Carolina bar required. Both a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- NC or SC Bar (both, a plus)
- Legal Drafting: 1 Year minimum (Preferred)
