Ms. Geracz focuses her practice on commercial real estate law, representing businesses, developers, homebuilders, individual property owners, lenders, and title insurance companies. Prior to joining St. Amand & Efird, Ms. Geracz gained over five years of experience practicing an assortment of real estate matters including investment, land acquisition, and residential. Ms. Geracz is a Charlotte area native who has spent most of her life in the Lake Norman area. Ms. Geracz is committed to providing exceptional legal services to her clients.
